People who take the diet pill Alli tend to also workout as their diet progresses.  This technique has worked for many of those seeking to lower their weight and obesity.

Taking alli helps reduce the amount of calories your body absorbs by blocking a percentage of the fat you consume; therefore this assists you in losing even more weight than you would with just a diet and exercise alone.

However, an oily discharge and more frequent bowel movements is a common symptom or side effect as it will remove some amount of fat from your diet.

There is also a very active online support site available for people who purchase the pills and it provides useful weight loss tracking and encouragement.

  • No substances that may damage your heart
  • Alli is the only available weight loss drug that has FDA approval
  • This is NOT for those who eat high fat meals (such as greasy pizza, fried chicken) and have no intention of changing their diet or exercise habits

I know Alli works; I tried hundreds of diet pills but this was the only diet pill that worked. Only thing I dont like it though I had to go to restroom at least several times a day.
