Week 5 – Jojoba Oil for Acne Treatment

This entry is part 6 of 6 in the series Jojoba Oil

It is the 5th week. A few days ago, my nose started breaking out. Fortunately, I got that under control. What I’ve done is I’ve started using the toner more often, now in the morning too. It’s working very well! I’ve managed to maintain my face better and feel good about myself.  It’s close to the end of my 6 weeks, and I can’t wait to see how much I’ve changed. I may not be spotless yet, but every bit counts.

I am nearly done with the Jojoba Oil test but I keep doing more and more research.  All kinds of cleansing products are out on the market these days. There are big companies like Proactiv, Neutrogena, Murad, and more. They all claim to be the best, but which one wins over all? I don’t think it’s Proactiv.  I’ve only heard negative comments on Proactiv. A person I know said it dries your face out, others said it inflames your face. However, the people on the T.V. love it! Could they only be acting? I know everyone has different skin. I can’t be the one to judge which one is the best, because everybody has different opinions or reactions to a product.

There is one product that I’ve heard many positive comments on!  The St. Ives Apricot Scrub is a great product in my opinion. Two others have said to me that they think it is great and I should borrow theirs, but I’ve already tried it, and I loved it! One small squirt into the palm of my hand deeply cleansed out every pore, making my skin smooth and moist. I think it is one of the best scrubs out there.
